Welcome Back, Sunita Williams! 🌟

Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial College of Education, Dhudike extends a heartfelt welcome back to astronaut Sunita Williams and her fellow crewmates. Under the guidance of Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Umesh Ji & Associate Professor Dr. Ajay Kumar Ji.

After an unexpected stay of over nine months aboard the International Space Station (ISS), Williams and astronaut Butch Wilmore safely returned to Earth. Their journey aboard the SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft ended with a smooth splashdown off the coast of Florida at 3:27 AM IST on Wednesday.

The spacecraft also carried American astronaut Nick Hague and Russian cosmonaut Aleksandr Gorbunov, making this mission a testament to global collaboration in space exploration. 🌌

We celebrate their remarkable journey and contributions to advancing scientific knowledge beyond our planet! 👏🌠
